Yes, you can close your Donate The Change account at any time. To do so, log into your account via our mobile app or web portal and navigate to the account settings. Select the option to deactivate or close your account, and follow the prompts to confirm. Alternatively, you can contact our support team, and we will assist you in closing your account.

Please note that closing your account will stop all future donations, and any remaining balance in your donation queue will be processed to your chosen charity before the account is fully deactivated.
