Complaints Procedure


If you have any dissatisfaction with the service, you can contact our customer service department who will endeavour to resolve your issue. You can contact us by email at or by letter to Donate The Change, 62 London Road, Twyford, RG10 9EY, UK. Once contact has been received by Donate The Change we will acknowledge your concerns within five (5) working days of receiving them and will endeavour to resolve any issues within this time limit. If further information or investigation is required, we are obliged to respond with a full resolution within forty (40) working days of the initial contact.
If you are still dissatisfied with the resolution offered by Donate The Change, you have to right to pass your concerns to the Financial Ombudsman Service. Donate The Change and our banking services supplier Quantum Card Services are obliged to provide full contact details for the Financial Ombudsman Service when acknowledging the initial contact.
